Heartfire provides mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families, offered in-person, outdoors, or virtually. While we’re here to support your well-being, our services don’t replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
Confidentiality and Exceptions
Your privacy is a cornerstone of our work together. What you share stays between us, except when disclosure is required by law — like when there’s a risk of harm to you or someone else, or a child’s safety is at stake.
Payment and Cancellations
Fees for therapy are shared before booking and are payable at the time of service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Respecting everyone’s time is part of how we maintain a healthy, supportive practice.
